Policies Before You Order
These rules apply to every holster, apparel order, transfer, and bench service. Please read them before scheduling or purchasing.
Before first use
Holsters do not come ready to wear
Every Kydex holster is made to order and needs final retention adjustment before it is carried. You must make that adjustment yourself, then apply Loctite to the specified fasteners.
If retention is too loose or too tight after adjustment, contact me before carrying the holster.
Late pickup fees
One week from notification
Holsters
Holsters not picked up within one week of notification incur a $10 late fee per day.
Firearms
Firearms not picked up within one week of notification incur a $20 late fee per day.
NFA items
NFA items not picked up within one week of notification incur the same $20 late fee per day.
Sales and services
All sales are final
All products and services are nonrefundable, including custom holsters, apparel, transfers, repairs, cleaning, mounting, and sighting.
