About Hatch Concepts
A one-person shop, run by hand
Hatch Concepts LLC is operated by Grant Hatcher from a home-based workshop. Every transfer, gunsmithing ticket, and Kydex holster passes across the same bench, under the same standards.
The founder
Grant Hatcher
Grant Hatcher operates Hatch Concepts LLC as a dedicated solo craftsman and licensee. Holding a Type 1 FFL and a Type 3 SOT, he handles firearm transfers and gunsmithing personally rather than passing work to staff.
His approach is shaped by mechanical training and a habit of checking tolerances twice. Attention to detail and strict adherence to federal and local firearm regulations guide every job that comes through the bench.
The bench
How each piece is made
Every Kydex holster is hand-formed, trimmed, and inspected before it leaves the bench. Holsters are made to order, so each one is shaped to a specific firearm and needs final retention adjustment before it is ready to wear.
Transfers and gunsmithing tickets get the same individual attention. Each job is logged, inspected, and explained before any work begins.
I want the terms of every job to be clear before you make plans. Fees, pickup deadlines, and the nonrefundable policy are stated up front, so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish.
